- Most important is to Live your Life. Manage your health. Manage your finance. Manage your social circle. Smile.
- Make exercise a game, study a game, and movie a game. Learn and enjoy every boring thing. Don't force it. Make it like a choice. Not necessity. This is how you will engage more. If you are messy like me, then start with picking just one sock to its proper place. You don't have to start with other items. You can but you don't have to. But it will feel good and you will start with others too. It is also addictive but addiction is not good. Remember try to keep it cool. You start exercising with breathing. who knows you may end with the plank. Chill. It is not for a single day but for a lifetime. Just don't overwhelm yourself. They are for Fun.
- Judge on a single variable: Do slowly. Don't push too hard. You can do slow and still do it best and on time. Remember I walked Tilicho with my crippled leg slow. Calculate in terms of time and relax on other variables like energy and motivation which are not measurable. It lets you visualize. Say, you have to wash your clothes. If you think of it as a problem, It may feel like a never-ending problem. But if you visualize in terms of time and say, it may take 2 hrs and now it is 2 p.m. and at 4 I will be free. Then you get motivated. Give one variable. whether it's time or manpower or money or anything. Judge any trouble in terms of one variable.
- Start with your ideas to ask a question. For example, don't ask how to reduce weight. Ask, does lemon water in the morning (your assumed solution which you know firsthand) reduce weight? why? why not? then start asking questions. It makes problems easy to understand.
- Everything needs maintenance. Don't Forget. Even relationships, not only machines or houses. You must be able to maintain it if you want it to work further.
- Say you have two works that need to be done. Which one should you choose? which has a time deadline. Time is most important. People have billionaires, but no one can buy time.
- Regular check-in of the work. Remember to check on the Site or work regularly. You will always find something wrong. It lets you have a chance to correct it before it is too late.
- If someone is working anyway for free, don't show him or her hope and create expectations. It becomes trouble later. Giving designer Employees extra money to design.
- Schedule the work and materials in priority and invest money accordingly. Learn which work first, then arrange the tools and materials for that work, and the manpower, and start work in order. Sometimes labor goes to work but there is no material. Learn which materials come with which such as nut comes with a washer, Pipes with paints, thread rods with nuts and washer, and so on.
- Don't Assume. We think we can rely on someone when that person has clearly something else in mind. So, don't hesitate to ask.
- Don't talk too much. Don't let others know what you know. Just listen. And appreciate others. smile. make humor.
- You can't expect to get different outputs if you are repeating the same previous behavior. You must change for change to occur.
- Break the work into smaller pieces. But do it, a step each time. Persistence is the key. Relentlessness is the key.
- If you want to do something but you fear it. This is what you must do.
- No problems of yours are unique. Somebody else must have faced it before. Ask them for help. Ask them for tools. Ask them for techniques. Either paid or Free.
- If you are in finance, here money brings money and you cannot sustain yourself if you do not have money. If you are in the service business, here work and material brings you money, you cannot be without materials and tools, and manpower. Know what is the blood of your profession. If you are in the HVAC work and you cannot supply materials, then there is a loss of money and it is problem.
- Money is the blood. In the project, there are several variables like Money, manpower, time or deadline, and materials. Money brings manpower and materials. But you have to supply money at the right time. And then you receive money from the client.
- Allocate the money to variables like manpower (say x), material (say Y), and commission (z) setting aside the profit from the beginning. Then use that value for each category stick which purchases or payments till the final. It should not exceed unless your earnings are also increased due to extended work, manpower, or materials. Say, if you think the Y will increase, start bargaining the price to bring down the cost or change the material quality.
- If any of the variables like money, manpower, or materials is out of schedule than committed, then you should know that something is the problem. It may go a long way ahead and creates more problem later. So, planning is necessary. If a person on a sunny day starts wearing a jacket one day and added gloves the other day, remember he is feeling cold. That is a problem to look at.
- Iterative Problem solving: If there is an upper limit to meet, such as a hole that could be made in the finished wall, if the hole is larger than necessary, the wall looks bad and repair is necessary. But if you cut the hole smaller, you still can make it larger. Know which is going to be the unchangeable structure, and know the adjustable one. if there is a maximum limit, less is okay but don't exceed the limit. If the minimum is limited, then use larger but not below the minimum. For example in the ceiling, if you have to install a fan, the deciding factor of the height of the ceiling is the height of the fan. The ceiling cannot change the height of the fan. so, know what can be changed and what cannot be.
- Track: If you want to earn the money, track the people who you can earn money from and the one who takes it from you. These are the people who you can manage money from. Eg the Olympics coach who earns more money tracks every behavior of players and their diet plans. The casinos which earn more money in the USA track every player and winner of every table in every game.
- Control loop: Put every activity of the work within the inspection of the authority, your authority. Make them responsible. Every product and behavior must pass the authority of the company. For example, don't let the third party you don't know to install the machine in the site without your approval. You don't know what machine in which method they install. Maybe your company has to answer it later.
