The weight of the GI Sheet is based on Weight in Kg.  So, if 0.56 mm GI sheet cost 2000 Rs. then, 0.8 mm cost = Rs. 2000x0.8/0.56 For plain insulation also, it takes the same formula as above.   But, for Tube type insulation (weight) = (pi x (d1+t1)^2 /4)- (pi x d1^2/4) x length x density = pi/4(   d1^2+2d1t1+t1^2)-d1^2)x length x density =pi/4(2d1t1+t1^2) x length x density = length x density x pi/4 x t1 (2d1+t1)   weight = constant x t1(2d1 +t1)     Example, if we have to find the rate of 12 mm dia insulation of 19 mm thick, and if we know the rate of 6 mm insulation of 12 mm thick, then the rate of 19 mm thick insulation of 12 mm dia =weight ratio x rate =19(12x2+19)/12(2x6+12) =817/288 19 mm thick insulation of 12 mm      =2.833 times the rate of 6 mm dia insulation of 12 mm thickness When the thickness is very less, less than 1, then the rate is proportional to the thickness and dia of the pipe. In the ...

Import and Taxes.

GST (Goods and Service Tax) is to the supplier as well as to the one we sell similar to VAT and TDS (Taxes Deducted at Source) is paid to consultants, employees and contractors:  A business purchases raw materials for Rs. 100,000 and pays Rs. 18,000 as GST (18% of 100,000). The business uses the raw materials to manufacture a product and sells it for Rs. 150,000 and charges Rs. 27,000 as GST (18% of 150,000). The business can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) of Rs. 18,000 on the GST paid on the raw materials. The business's net GST liability is Rs. 9,000 (27,000-18,000). You have to pay 9000 to the government later. Now, the business hires a consultant for Rs. 50,000 and is required to deduct TDS at 10% on the payment made to the consultant. The business deducts Rs. 5,000 as TDS (10% of 50,000) and pays Rs. 45,000 to the consultant. The business is then required to deposit the TDS of Rs. 5,000 with the government. In this example, the business is paying GST on the goods and service...

My management- I learnt From my Life

Most important is to Live your Life. Manage your health. Manage your finance. Manage your social circle. Smile. Make exercise a game, study a game, and movie a game. Learn and enjoy every boring thing. Don't force it. Make it like a choice. Not necessity. This is how you will engage more. If you are messy like me, then start with picking just one sock to its proper place. You don't have to start with other items. You can but you don't have to. But it will feel good and you will start with others too. It is also addictive but addiction is not good. Remember try to keep it cool. You start exercising with breathing. who knows you may end with the plank. Chill. It is not for a single day but for a lifetime. Just don't overwhelm yourself. They are for Fun. Judge on a single variable:  Do slowly. Don't push too hard. You can do slow and still do it best and on time. Remember I walked Tilicho with my crippled leg slow. Calculate in terms of time and relax on other variable...
