IELTS IMPORTANT TIPS

OPINION: Saying if something is Good or Bad, Useful or not useful. Just because someone says I think doesn't mean it is opinion. I think can also be used in the Ideas kind of Question. IELTS LISTENING TESTS:

Questions keep getting harder with the increase in sections.

1. Read The Instruction and Understand the Questions.

2. Then Read the Questions where the Question Marks or Number is Given. No. is given in Options also, but focus on Questions. Guess what could be the answer and either it is an adjective or verb or noun. Know what you are looking for.

3. Then partially skim through the Options.

4. Listen Carefully.

5. Whenever you are listening for Question No. 1 for example, Know what Question No. 2 is, so if even by mistake you miss answer for Question 1, you will catch up with Question 2.

6. If the Fill in blanks is closer to each other, you need to focus more. Because answers are closer and need to listen carefully and recognize the keyword unlike when the blanks are farther.

7. Try to read and make the sentence cloths, so it becomes easier to search for Answers.

8. For Maps, Don't Read Questions. Look at the map and look for a reference whose name is already given.

2. First Look for Keywords. Look First and Last Sentence of the Paragraph. Also, Look for Contrast Words within Paragraphs. Know why the paragraph is written? What does it want to say?

FILL IN THE BLANK QUESTIONS.

3. Try to match all the keywords in the fill-in-the-blanks question in the Passage in single sentences. If it is impossible, then only try to find it in other sentences.

4. Make sure all keywords match the answers.

5. In case of True False and Not Given, True is applied if statement is given and is not assumed. It is false, if the statement given is assumed. If the statement is not given, Simply assumption is not good. It should be available in the essay.

6. For True False Questions, Write true or false to questions which are easy and for remaining which you left, focus in between the two questions Answers. Know, the Questions is in order of the paragraph.

7. For matching Headings, Go through Other kinds of Questions and try to understand the order of paragraph, which will make it easier to look for the answers.

Opinion Type Questions
Do you think that teachers should use the internet as part of school lessons?
I think that this can be useful, for example, to show the pupils videos or media reports on subjects they are studying. This helps bring a subject to life. On the other hand, though, I wouldn't want a teacher to be constantly searching or referring to internet materials during lessons, because it would be distracting or confusing. So I think that well-chosen internet resources can be a benefit if used carefully.

Ideas type Questions:
Why do some people want to become teachers?
I imagine the biggest reason is having an interest in helping children to develop, by teaching them useful knowledge and skills. There is probably, also a desire to share an interest in a specific subject, and to expand the knowledge of this subject in society generally. For example, music teachers are very enthusiastic about music and they want more people to appreciate it. And finally, I think that for some people there is also a third reason, which is an urge to be a positive role model for Youngsters,
