Management of projects/ company/ life or anything that is manageable:

Business should not run around you but your customer, your product and your highest vision.

don't die for it because one day there will be no person to  love it and look after it for the business you die for today.

To open a company, in my thinking, either there is opportunity you see which is yours for sure if you want or there is a tool you already have which you can push a little harder to function and make the plans ready for it to succeed.

BE CLEAR, KNOW WHY ARE YOU DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING, DON’T USE OVERQUALIFIED FOR UNDERVALUED WORKS,  LEARN FROM WHO THINKS THEY ARE EXPERT, ASK SUGGESTIONS FROM THEM, ALWAYS TRY TO IMPROVE IN EVERY PROCESS, GIVE VALUE MINIMIZING THE EXPENSE. Don’t hire just because you wish it will scale to large company. Do when it really does. 30% increase of quality even in the start is better than 100% later because later means later and we cannot guarantee it. Maintain quality when you can. Focus on the employees, product and profit in this order because employee is what determines the capacity of the company.

KNOW EACH STEPS AND REQUIREMENTS TO ACCOMPLISH THOSE STEPS, KNOW WHAT COMES AFTER IT IS ACCOMPLISHED AND KNOW IF YOU HAVE GOT THINGS READIED TO CONTINUE THE COMING TASKS, KNOW WHICH WORK CAN BE   ACCOMPLISHSED WITHOUT DEPENDING ON PREVIOUS TASK TO MINIMIZE THE WORK PRESSURE LATER, KNOW WHICH WORK REQUIRES SKILLED MANPOWER AND WHICH DOESN'T , DON’T USE SKILLED MANPOWER IN TRIVIAL WORKS. IT IS ALSO WASTAGE OF MONEY.

 

For HVAC SERVICE CONTRACTOR, THE PULL SYSTEM WORKS BEST. The materials are delivered only when work is to be done. The machine is delivered when it is to be installed. The work is not as per our wish. We have to follow other’s work. So, we know what to do when the certain task is completed. So, the wastage is predictable, delivery is predictable and follows just-IN –TIME rule. So, it rarely fails. The suction or pull type system helps in achieving it.  Even, for a business, the more experienced people in the field if helps you to reach high, it will whole a lot be easier. So, pulling is better than pushing harder to success.

Whereas in some company, we don’t know the demand, we cannot estimate the consumers and hence cannot guess how much to produce. So, there is a possibility of excessiveness and hence wastage.

idea or technical, sales person and financial expert: three people would make a great team as they compliment each other. co-founder is a first follower to founder. eg: steve wozniak was technical and steve jobs sales person.
