Look-where is necessary

 I have been on the construction field since the beginning of my carrier. And since the day, I have been provided with the various responsibilities and experiences.

10 things I would like to suggest are as follows:

1. Don't Panic. If you have money, everything will be solved. It is money, that pushes everything and work will be 10 times easier if you just add 20% more money in the project. Sometime this thought can make you relaxed.

2. When the employee points the problems, don't ignore it. When they are used to being ignored, they unconsciously develop the tendency to not care about the problems. So, respond whenever employees points to the problems. 

3. Know what you are doing and break down into many small steps, plans. 

4. Break down the expenses into visible ones so it becomes clear where it goes, why and how. LEARN the alternative ways so the expenses can be reduced. Make it legal, make it authentic.

5. Give the workers the clear direction on the role. Don't make engineers walk on the purchase. 

6. Give the responsibilities according to the qualification.

7. There should be the hint to the employees that his level is increasing everyday in his work.

Are you tired of trying to hard trying to save project or goals from falling apart? I was. So, I have come up with some ideas that will help in managing the stress retaining the efficiency your work demands. Below I have listed some of them.
