Methods to win the clients:

  1. Let the client know when you screwed up and when you did Good. It increases the trust. Vulnerability is a powerful tool. When you messed up, let them know how you will solve it. Don't let negativity planted in Clients. Show them the powerful tools you own in the field. Show them the strong skilled man powers that your company possess. 
  2. Occasionally evaluate on what you succeeded till now and compare input vs output. It will motivate the workers and everyone involving in it. Just doing and doing, and not knowing where you are in the project will create boredom and curb the energy to move forward.
  3. Let the client know some story from the past or somewhere that will prove the quality of materials and works and stick in client’s head. It will act as a ladder for trust and motivation to work in Future. Stories are Powerful tools. 
  4. Be clear on your point. Don’t insinuate. Just speak straightforward. If you messed up, still be courageous to let know others if eventually they will know. If you can solve yourself, just do it. Making client’s worry will just not help in future business.
  5. Before and after of the project, videos, photos can boost the communication.
  6. Occasionally let the client know by email or phone that you both are in the same page. It will eliminate the thinking of the customer or clients negative on your company. Just avoid the confusion.
